During writer's workshop we explore different types of writing. Students move through the writing process.

Writing Rules
- We use spacing between our letters.
- We begin our sentences with capital letters.
- We use periods at the ends of our sentences.
- We say our words slowly in order to write down the sounds we hear.
Genres
Personal NarrativeOverview:

How ToOverview:
Students teach others how to do or make something that they have expert knowledge about. Examples: Sequence Words:
We use words like first, next, then, after, finally, and last in order to tell our readers the order in which they should complete their steps. |
